This clearly isn’t a vinyl-only set, and Giorgio’s accompanied by an assistant … but he’s not phoning this in. He’s layering, looping, filtering a retrospective that doesn’t just center on Donna Summer and his solo releases, but The Three Degrees, Sparks, and even a Rodion remix get some love.

You can also hear how invigorated he is at this appearance, when he pauses to speak to the audience towards the end.
